Challenge: Recurring issues were caused by conflicts buried within old code that required investigation to identify and senior-level Magento expertise to fix.
Solution: We dove in to uncover critical issues and actually fix or rewrite the code. There were many historical band-aid fixes we needed to get to the root of and truly fix for the website to function properly.
Product Schema & Taxonomy
Challenge: Navigating and filtering 10,000+ products is difficult without proper taxonomy and information architecture.
Solution: After conducting a competitive analysis and identifying the key customer actions, we determined the best way to configure and organize the product catalog using modern Magento extensions to help.
Magento 2 Enterprise Migration
Challenge: With the sunset of Magento 1 in June 2020, the site needed to be upgraded and migrated to Magento 2 Enterprise.
Solution: We migrated their site to Magento 2, working with Magento 2 Enterprise to ensure accurate implementation of all necessary integrations and verifying that all data was migrated, including customer orders and their vast product database.
